     SALE OF REAL ESTATE (villas, apartments, estates, premises, offices, buildings, hotels, etc.):

    Our fees are payable by the purchaser, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate.

    Our fees include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

    Fees payable by the buyer: our fees are calculated on the price received by the seller.

    Fees payable by the seller: our fees are calculated on the sale price of the property.

    Fees payable by the buyer.

    Price received by seller: 5% maximum.

    Exception in the case of fees payable by the seller.

    Selling price: 5% maximum

     

      SALE OF BUILDING PLOTS (off subdivision, on subdivision) :

    Our fees are payable by the purchaser, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate.

    Our fees include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

    Fees payable by the buyer: our fees are calculated on the price received by the seller.

    Fees payable by the seller: our fees are calculated on the sale price of the property.

    Fees according to developer's marketing contract.

    Mediation of consumer disputes

  • In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, i.e. the Association des Médiateurs Européens (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.
